1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using Games for Cats, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Games for Cats on your iOS device, subject to these Terms of Use.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Games for Cats offers an optional Premium subscription as a weekly or an annual plan. Premium unlocks every game, sound, and Calm scene, and removes all ads.

• The price and the billing period are shown in the app before you confirm
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase
• A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID account settings
• All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store. We never see your payment details, and refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms
• Prices may change. A price change never applies to a period that you already paid for
• You are responsible for any charges made through your Apple ID

4. Ads and Free Access

Games for Cats is free to use with ads. Some games open after a short ad. Other games, most sounds, and the Calm scenes open after you watch a rewarded video. Ads are never shown while a game is running. If a rewarded video is not completed, the item stays locked and no purchase screen is forced on you.

Ads are supplied by Google. Where the law requires it, the app asks for your consent before it requests ads. You can change your privacy choices later in the app settings. An internet connection is needed to start a game, because the app has to check your subscription and load ads.

5. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Use the application only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the application
• Not use the application in any way that could damage or impair its functionality
• Not submit private information, harassment, spam, harmful content, or unsafe advice
• Report content only for genuine safety or policy concerns

6. Community Content

You keep ownership of content that you submit. You confirm that you own the photo and story, and that you have the right to share them.

You give Games for Cats permission to store, review, display, translate, and distribute approved content in the app and on our website. This permission ends when the content is removed, except for backup, safety, or legal records.

We can reject or remove content, limit submissions, or block access to community features. See our Community Guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Games for Cats are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the application.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the application immediately, without prior notice, for any reason.
